eat great, but every time we go there, they always miss out and have to go back to the opposite to ask for items that have been missed.

The line was very long, however I'm giving props to the team actually trying there best to get through everyone quickly and they did ?

Terrible.Food had hair in it. Food didn't look like pictures.

Order was incomplete. Asked for extra mashed potatoes and gravy, didn't get. Wasn't given a spoon to eat my coleslaw.

I visited the drive-thru and ordered the original dark meat 3-piece meal. The total cost was over $11.

The chicken was incredibly fresh and hot, the coleslaw was refreshing and cold, and the staff at the counter were very knowledgeable and accommodating. This was...
