When we got there, they were short-staffed and staff appeared disorganized. They said it would be 20 minutes and we only waited 5 minutes extra. It appeared more staff arrived and the place started to refocus. We had a party of 8. The server was awesome and he was very attentive and focused! today is a Wednesday, 10:15 o'clock, I went to a waiting list, no problem. 45 minutes later I went out and went to mcalisters over the road. when I left, I counted the current tables on the ihop, they had 6 tables, but couldn't get me a single esser, another couple and another group of 2. but their were 30 empty tables. the right customer experience would be to sit the customers and give them at least one drink, then...
