Love this place! Patrick is awesome and very friendly and welcoming! It's a very NY looking bar and it's perfect to watch your favorite sports teams play.
Reservoir: Came here on a Sunday night at around 9:30 pm with a group of 7 and there were plenty of open tables.

"I was surprised to see a bubble tea spot in this area. The store is very small so you do end up getting up close with people as they are trying to get through, but there are 2 doors, 1 on each side of the store so that's a plus. I got the passionfruit slush which is my go-to. I am glad that there aren't any seeds in it so I was able to enjoy it to the fullest."
