We've never been to a hostel. HI Lake Louise exceeded expectations in many ways. Our rooms were designed so that we only shared a bathroom with our group and did not have to go to the hall. All cleanliness in rooms, bathrooms, showers and public areas is kept to a high standard. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good power and plenty of hot water. Blasé staff, dangerous steps to upper floor for bunk beds with extremely cramped area..old sheets no one came to change so had to use the already used ones. Shower room needs up dating and no, would never stay again or recommend it.... View all feedback.
