"Traditional Catalan couisine in a Micheline style way. We took the Presentació tasting menu (snack, apertive, 5 small dishes, 2 small desserts . There were a few excellent dishes like the Duroc pork or the wild sea bass, yet some others had some areas if improvement (untasty, consistency,.. that could be negleted on most restaurants but not in a Michelin star one.
