"Stayed Feb. 18, 2016. It was Disgusting to say the least. 5 snowmobilers, 3 rooms. 1 room had no heat, My room had huge burn marks in the carpet from cigerrettes, one bed smelt like someone was already there and the other room comment was "horrible" but I can't comment. These rooms were rebooked.Upon checking in it took quit a while as the attendant seemed to be a scatter brain, only to find out he was the owner. He explained he was not licensed but waiting for approval to get license. The Resteraunt was empty but he said dinner til 8pm. Got our rooms, had a few beers, went for dinner............ I had wings that were burnt outside and almost raw inside. My cousin had special burger, the burger was RAW....... I mean RAW. He ate the sides and around the perimeter that was cooked but then asked the owner over. The owner denied it was RAW, then commented James was complaining so he didn't have to pay and that James had no problem eating the rest (sides).Next morning went for coffee, 15 minutes late opening, then had to wait to get coffee and when we asked for milk to put in coffee the owner said "I only have 2 arms, do I look like an octopus". ........... RUDE! He had to go shopping to get food to serve breakfast......... Needless to say, we didn't stay to eat.All I have to say is this place is run down, no customer service, unorganized, and food is poor. STAY AWAY! This is not my first time staying (used to be good) but for sure it was my lastDo yourself a favour................... STAY AWAY"
