Daterra Vegetariano - Matosinhos

Well not vegan but very plant based diet and found this on trip advisor while staying in area. Buffets tend to be hit or miss but thought enough good reviews so decided to try. So glad I did. Very high quality, amazing soup, fresh salads and plenty choice including sushi with emphasis on flavour and quality. Really good wine also. Staff lovely and new guy from Brazil chatted away and was warm and recommended things to try as he was vegan and clearly passionate about the food. You don't need to be vegan to enjoy. Def will be back

Visited as a family group for dinner, we arrived at 8pm and there were a few tables, but it started filling up whilst we ate. The buffet offered lots of choice, I especially liked the sushi. We were all very full after visiting the buffet twice. The healthy drinks wre also very good. The buffet was €12 per person, which was reasonable value. Cards were not accepted for payment.

I came here for dinner on a Friday and had a great time. The place offers a decent variety of healthy vegan choices, overall a solid deal for the price. Nice and simple atmosphere, and the staff were friendly.

If only I could rate higher! Out of a week in Matosinhos I ate here the best vegan food and drank the best juices/smoothies! And always welcomed with a human smile a good nature feeling
