Red Lobster Hospitality, LLC from Matteson Menu

Everything was perfect! The food was amazing, I had the Lobster Linguine and asked for mushrooms to be added, they did not offer mushrooms for it and our waiter Chase to personally cut some to have added them to my meal, which was also LOADED with lobster... would have fed 3 people! You can tell that the wait staff is really trying but it's a struggle. The wait was only about 20 min but once we were sat it took another 20 min for the server to come and get our drink and food order.
