You need to hire people that understand it's fast food and we're trying to get through quickly. It's overrated food especially for the weight that you must endure in the Drive-Thru it's ridiculous. I waited this morning for three full minutes in the Drive-Thru to be told just a moment ma'am and the next person that pulled up in the second row was handled immediately do better Chick-fil-A! I don’t like giving bad reviews but this chick fil a is not good. Whenever I buy food from this one, it’s cold or wrong and I think that I’ll just stop going here altogether.
