"That was a proper contract on a hot day. the personal was wonderful. I tried the Italian ice together with the ice. it was a bit too much for my taste buds. that was my fault. I choose the next time one or the other. Great place and they know how to quickly get a line down."

"I?m a regular here and love the ice cream and all the dairy free options they have. My friends and I came in tonight and she ordered her ice cream and made sure to tell them she had a dairy allergy. They Lady that owns it gave her the whole run down ofchanging scoops and gloves and made us feel very comfortable, especially since we were here the night before with no problems.We got her ice cream and she started to have an allergic reaction after one or two bites. Thankfully paramedics were on thecorner and helped us give her her epiPen and she is okay. I went back in to figure out what flavor they had actually given heror let them know it was a possible cross-contamination and the Man that owns the place informed me that the whole cone and twoscoops in it were dairy. I explained to him that this was unacceptable especially since her ticket was marked with dairy allergyand even told us they would switch scoops, gloved, etc. He did not have much to say and brushed it off like it was nothing.Mainly ignored what i was saying and continued to ask one of the workers if he had changed his gloves. Sorry but the gloves werethe least of my worries considering you gave her a dairy cone and dairy ice cream. After having worked at an ice cream shopmyself and seeing how easy it is to follow the precautions to make a safe cone allergy free, I am extremely frustrated andupset with how carefree they handled it and did not ask if she was okay or anything after the fact. Will not be trusting thiscreamery with allergy concerns in the future."

"Exceptional service! The staff are so accommodating, attentive, and personable. The food was enjoyable (although the steak was a tad bit salty). Drinks were amazing which is a big deal since some bartenders in the area don't know how to make some relatively easy drinks like a whiskey sour. Must try the Double Oaked Rye Manhattan and the Passion Fruit Mojito! Ambiance was fantastic with free people-watching entertainment provided by those passing by (if you sit outdoors). Only thing better than all this was the company of my wife. Great date night. Great place to relax and unwind."

"EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE from beginning to end. Perfect rooftop ambience with cozy blankets provided for extra comfort. Thank You Aura for taking care of us and making me feel very special on my birthday. Meg and Scott made us feel welcomed and appreciated! Will definitely return again soon!"

"Brianna was an incredible server and very friendly. Drinks are fantastic. The appetizers were good: steak tartare, crab cakes, and meatballs. I ordered the steak and lobster for dinner which was a huge disappointment. I’m from Maine and eat a LOT of lobster. I had one bite of the lobster and had to hold in my vomit. I ran through the kitchen to the bathroom so I didn’t have to vomit at the table. When lobster is old and starts to decompose it tastes like ammonia. This lobster tasted like the most potent ammonia of anything I’ve ever eaten. I’m still sick thinking about it. Food clearly isn’t fresh.I will have drinks here but will never eat here again."
