"There wasn't anything glaringly wrong. Everything was just kind of underwhelming. Our waitress was pleasant but a bit distracted. I ordered salad and had to ask twice for dressing, and they never did find the vinaigrette. We just kind of wished we had waited and ate at home."

"Lorreta Hays night manager is the epitome of what you could ever want in a restaurant manager. The place was spotless all the employees were either cleaning,sanitizing,or grill with the food being perfect before coming to the table........if you look in my history I've never given a review this high. This company should have you district manager, I imagine all the stores COULD BENIFIT FROM YOUR IMPUT. I have never seen such customer service in my life coming from South Chicago........WAY TO GO LORRETTA"

"Probably just dealt with the most uncomfortable feeling ever probably just got mistaken for someone that wasn’t leaving tips when I tip the waitresses plenty and kicked me out of the bar for no reason.I’m highly disappointed because I had a lovely experience another day with a gentleman during the day, but Hannah was a different breed. without seeing or knowing of whatever situation happened, even though I was just simply waiting for a drink and for no reason got hounded at like a guy that wasn’t leaving tips.I’m highly disappointed and won’t be coming back there unless it’s serving them with papers for this girl grabbing me for no reason? I sure hope they have cameras.Let buddy in the blue shirt on 3/19 with a beard know that he was completely wrong and I didn’t even get to buy a drink so how could I even leave a tip? Amazing. Y’all need to really check your bar tenders. Having someone kicked out for no reason? What a experience at Ike’s, let me tell ya.I hope you guys don’t get mistaken for someone else, because I sure did."
