Jimmy John's - Mattoon

They were very busy and didn’t have crunchies for the jalapeño wrap. Not a big deal to me but they had great customer service and the manager offered me free chips to make up for it. Great service and for as busy as they were the wait was not long! View all feedback.

Slowest delivery I have ever experienced. Over an hour and still waiting. Called 35 min ago and was told it was out for delivery. I live less than 10 minutes from the shop. Ridiculous. View all feedback.
