"Too rushy since it was the peak of the season. But the staff is exceptional. Do they give some training to the staff? All of them starting from the watchmen to the manager was so helpful. Single suggestion: A single biriyani has too much quantity. We all ordered one each and none of us could finish."

"The town of Marayoor is growing by the day no doubt,but is yet to be the touristy place where you expect restaurants with class. That is why you are taken by surprise when you walk into this small restaurant right in the middle of the town. For a change you find the premises clean and neat and that includes the wash room. The menu is long and diverse and the food when it arrives leaves you pleased with everything including the bill. You would then want to step into the bakery next to the door and buy something from the neat display. Altogether a nice experience. We have been here a couple of times over the past years and the neatness has not faded a bit. Will be there again and maybe to stay at the hotel."

"This is a generically listed restaurant. However, they would label walk-in guests as outsiders. After initially being asked to wait for 30 mins, one of the staffs asked to return to the reception, labeling as outsiders. There is no clear communication on the policy and for such a restaurant, the staffs need the basic etiquette training that they lacked. Inaccurate listing and unclear communication put with substandard etiquette has made the whole experience distasteful"

"Hello Traveller, When you travel you need 2 important things. 1. Good Stay 2 Good Food. If you are traveling to Munnar with no doubts you can reach out to Sarvana Bhavan for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. The restaurant is open from 7:30 in morning to 9:30 at Night from Monday to Sunday. Most hygienic and clean restaurant in Munnar is this which I visited. You must try out authentic South Indian Food. If you are visiting here in group try for table dosa or family dosa. Last but not the least the restaurant is not too costly and very pocket friendly. If you opt for North Indian Food you will get good taste. Parking space available for 4 cars at a time"
