"Our first time at Packo's on Reynolds Road and will be our last. Slow, inattentive service, caused the average tasting food to be semi warm. The tables were not clean, even though there were few customers. The staff closed the doors early.This is a poor representation of and reflection of the original Tony Packo's which we love."

"Smoothies are usually pretty good, but sometimes they don't mix them well enough and they're hard to drink. Usually it takes about 10 minutes plus to get an order, so if you're in a rush, place your order online ahead of time... like when you're just leaving to go there. Usually has a line. Wish the menu was a bit bigger, but food not bad, but a little expensive for what it is. The kids that work there and Usually pretty nice and lobby always looks clean."

"The food was fantastic, the prices were really cheap and the service was very phenomenal and accommodating. The servers were just so nice and sweet towards my friend and I and we were there a little past the time they closed and they were nice about it and didn't rush us either. I definitely would go back again. Dietary restrictions: If you have celiac and need gluten free they offer the corn shells instead of flour so that was nice. Service: Dine in"
