Starbucks - Maumelle

What User likes about Starbucks:
Hands down, I love this franchise from Starbucks. Consistent coffee making with great personalities. I ordered a venti caramel macchiato and went next door to Kroger in grocery store. I was back less than 30 minutes later because I dropped my coffee as soon as I went into the door. They heard me and made it new without charging me. I don't pay $5-7 for my coffee. What Ben Griffith doesn't like about Starbucks:
Was told I could not get a refund at the store now even though I received 2 items where one was ice cold in the middle and should have been warm and the Frappuccino was melted.
