The rooms are relatively clean. There is no TV in any rooms nor a microwave. They advertise that their restaurant is open but when you get there, it was closed. However the restaurant up the road was open. Even sitting around the gas fire pit there was no one available to switch it on. Location is convenient and probably the best for that area.
