Clean and pure is the style, and there's a very good cooking here. Whether it's a salad now, a tanjin, or the fish of the day, everything's been made up. A nice and informal restaurant that's in his kind of top. Very thoughtful and kind hostess who sees everything and overalls. Wonderful martian wines on a small but good wine card.
