My first time was in 2013 and was amazed, 2019 and still surprised me every time I visited them. I am from Humacao and every year I stay in the west and always visit Costa tio mon because they make the best churrasco with this amazing chimichurri of Maduro that makes me crazy. The service was terrible and the food was even worse. I ordered the spicy crab appetizer which was not spicy and consisted of shredded fake crab. The bruchetta was decent. My entree was the tuna tartare tacos and it tasted like pickled raddishes with coriander. It tasted terrible.
