Macaroni Grill - Mayaguez

Today I visited your Mayagüez Mall Restaurant around 1:00PM , besides being fully packed and a waiting list between 40 -60 minutes all the employees had a great smile and we received great attention and service as always. My salute and congratulations to all employees and managers for serving excellent meals to an army of hungry hurricane survivors all day long. They made the difference and that's how PUR will stand taller and stronger than ever before. Well done to the Mayagüez Crew

It has been a long time since the last time I visited, but this is and always have been a good dining experience. I liked the food and the service was super. Love it!

I am a lover of Pasta and Italian food in general, I frequently visit Ponce's and my experience so far has been Positive food and service always good.

Siempre me ha gustado venir a comer aqui a Catalinas, Caguas cuando puedo. Una o dos veces al mes durante los pasados 10 años. Recientemente cuando pido steak se descuidan demasiado. Pido término mediano y me dan una carne quemada y dura. No me quejo de los empleados. Son muy alcahuetes conmigo siendo que casi siempre pido lo mismo. Pero el descuido de los steaks cuando deseo y me lo traen mal considero que es perdida para nosotros y deben corregir eso de inmediato porque una paga por una comida suculenta, exquisita y estos pequeños detalles le quitan el deseo de comer a cualquiera. Gracias a las chicas y chicos por su servicio.
