"What a great experience this restaurant was. We had flavors that we will never forget. The chefs really pay attention to the balance and intensity of the taste. First the fig and ham flatbread (pizza), a great combination of salty and sweet on a pizza, a must! Then the crab onara was the real, superb flavor. The squid lasagna was such a delight, never had anything like it (and I've had a lot of squid recipes). Last but not least The Bomb - not a very politically correct name these days, but if you try it, forget about all the other comments. Strong chocolate taste the way I like it, combined with various other types of chocolate. Before going to Todd English, I thought the famous restaurants were "name only, no use". That has changed. Hats off..."
