one of the last bakeries in Mayen, good cake specialties that are still made by hand. beside cheese and herrent places, also as tasty torts as pralinentorte, frankfurter wreath etc. I often buy a few pieces there and was always happy with the fresh. the taste is good and only usual ingredients are used which I also contract. different from a factory cake, which seems to be only available elsewhere. I had ordered two pieces of cheesecake with my guide. the cake was in order. Unfortunately, metal chips were at the edge of the cake. fortunate we noticed it in time. the service brought the cake to the chef to inform the complaint. the chef just meant that the chips would come from the knife and that could happen. from kulanz we only have to pay the drinks.
