Dunkin' - Mayfield Heights

What can I say? Me and my dad used to go here for donuts and iced coffee all the time. Service (compared to some places around here? is good, and food/drinks will be served in not a lot of time. 5/5, no complaints ????

Ordered the specialty cookie butter cold brew foam and it was nothing like we were served at other Dunkin's. It was awful and lacked cream. Also had a cold brew coffee asked for cream and was given none. Employees just wanted to clear the drivethroughline as fast as possible and didn't care about the quality of our order. I would not go to this location again.

I'm so grateful for the workers at this location. I accidentally put my mobile order for the Dunkin down the street, but they felt bad for me, so they offered just make my order here. They did it within a couple a minutes even though there were quite afew customers and oh my goodness my hot matcha latte and bacon, egg, and cheese croissant were the best ones I've ever had at aDunkin. They really piled on the bacon as well and cooked it cripsy. Absolutely wonderful experience and the workers were all sosweet as well!

This Dunkin? is open 24/7. No other Dunkin?, Starbucks, coffee shop, etc. is every open past 8pm which can be super disappointing sometimes. Saves me a trip out to Geneva?s 24hr Dunkin?, for sure.

I am a frequent dunkin'er at this location and a majority of the time I get some great customer service to the young lady who gives me a quick chat while waiting for my coffee to Essence who was from another store and helping out I get pretty muchall the time great service there is an exception or two for the middle of the afternoon crew but I understand this storeis always clean, I have only had one mishap with the wrong donut being given there is always a line but the team does gothrough it very quickly. I will continue to go to this location and please ensure that the great customer service received overthe headset to the drive thru window receive their accolades on continuing to make sure Dunkin is my number 1.
