I work within walking distance of Splash Seafood and order lunch or dinner from there from time to time. I've always found their fried foods (fish n chips et al) to be fresh and tasty. As another reviewer mentioned, the lady there is very pleasant and polite, always with a smile. It's not the greatest fish and chips I've ever had in the Hunter region but they are still very good.
