"We went there with my parents earlier tonight, and to be perfectly honest, from the restaurants we have visited over the last week, this one was the absolute best. The service was impeccable - especially considering that neither myself or my mum speak German, and my dad only a bit. The waitress spoke pretty much perfect English and they had menu's in both languages - actually, the menu's themselves were the most adorable and well thought out thing ever! Food was fresh, delicious and brilliantly presented. Even my fairly picky mum was very impressed, which says a lot. On the drive back to the place where we were staying, all three of us couldn't stop talking about the food and the atmosphere. If I am ever back, this is the place you will find me."

"Haben hier im Skiurlaub zweimal lecker gegessen. Vorweg gibt es Brot mit verschiedenen Aufstrichen. Zu den meisten Gerichten gibt es Salat. Die Kellner waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Einige Fragen wurden direkt in der Küche nachgefragt und beantwortet. Gegenüber anderen Restaurants ist das Preisniveau etwas höher aber es lohnt sich definitiv.Sehe zu empfehlen sind die Käsespätzle!!"

"We called in for a drink and quite liked the style of the pub, beer was ok but the smell of stale tobacco is very off putting, especially if you are none smokers like ourselves.I didn't know smoking was still allowed in bars in Austria, there wasn't even many people in the bar."

"This is an excellent restaurant in the center of Mayrhofen. They serve traditional Austrian food plus international classic dishes. I had lamb shank with polenta, a great choice. They served on special request a cheese platter as desert. This was fantastic. The sampler plate was also accompanied by description of all local cheese. The interior design is traditional alpine decoration and it is very cozy."
