The Schnizel was very poor a nasty defrosted piece of meat with a thick 'fish and chips ' type batter on it. It was served with chips and ketchup, instead of parsley potatoes and Preiselbeeren which it is traditionally served with. Gives a bad name...to Austrian cuisine. read more.
