Manager is very rude. Me and my mother had our own eclub free bagel reward. I never had manhattan bagel and tried to use my own eclub membership reward. The manager said he never seen this in his life and when I tried to show him my phone he proceeded to say that he needed my phone as if I’m gonna hand him my phone.
