I have been coming to this chick-fil-a for years with that being said. I have never had to sit in line for over 20 minutes for an order so simple. I ordered 2 chicken biscuits and two 10 count chicken minis and took 20 minutes from the time I ordered to receive it. I am sorry, but an order that is simple should be out no later than 8 min.
