the silvester dinner was very busy! excellent that they were full, but overall it seemed some fights with less than ideal staff levels (1 barkeeper). they all tried hard to make it a nice night, great Prix fix menu, portions were less than usual as we have come to expect. all the courses were in order, again not as top score as usual, but would have expected that on nye given the amount size. we were there in the okt...
