The coworkers at this restaurant are rude and poorly trained. It's frustrating to see them roll their eyes when customers request service, like asking for napkins. It really detracts from the dining experience. View all feedback.
Came 20 minutes before close and they said they were closed because they didn’t have enough people. There were multiple pizzas in the warmer and the girl was sweet but the guy made her refuse to sell me one pizza. Drove all the way out for nothing. poor management
No Hot n Ready available. Taking too long to make new ones. Switching orders around, so older orders taking longer than newer ones. One guy waited 40 minutes while others walked out after waiting 30 plus minutes. Worker with glasses Jeniffer getting really snippy and vocally taking out frustration on customers, and customers were not rude at all.
The highest-ranked pizza had very little paprika and was lackluster overall. I suppose every restaurant has to have at least one disappointing dish.

I attempted to place an order over the phone, but the person who answered was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The female voice never introduced herself, and at 4:01, she did not repeat my order back to me before abruptly hanging up. I understand that these employees may be working for minimum wage, but they should approach their job with a more polite attitude and a willingness to gain experience to prepare for future roles, whether as managers or in other positions that require good communication skills, creativity, and courtesy. It's concerning to see such poor service; it feels like the younger generation is lacking in these important areas.
