Pancho 's is an amazing restaurant!! Great food. Great service. We spent 3 weeks in Mazatlan for a few years and went 6 times to Pancho. LOVE IT!

In our 3-week stay we probably feed half a dozen times at Pancho.. The menu is extensive with a mix of Mexican and American articles. It has large salads, pasta...

Our favorite place near the hotel. Jesus is the waiter with home we have 11 years of contact. Love the guy. Food is great... Very well prepared and served.

"Place was 30% at best when we arrived. We asked for outdoor seating and the hostess said there were multiple reservations....ok. we asked for indoor seating by the window, hostess said something about the tables being evenly distributed among the wait staff....again this at 30% capacity. Server was decent, said he would try to get us seated outside but never made an effort or gave us an update. The entire hour and 15 minutes we were there, we watched the outdoor area remain empty. How long do you hold a reservation for? On any other occasion, I would've made some noise and demanded some accountability/explanations but we were tired, hungry and disappointed by that point. Tuna steak was overcooked, hamburger was dry and salty and my drink was below average. Tostada and salmon were tasty but overall experience fell far short of our expectations based on previous visits. Sadly, there too many delicious places in Mazatlan with better service to give this place another shot. I would not recommend this place to anyone anymore. 2 stars for the view and mediocre food."
