"We love La Oliva! If you haven’t tried the new roof top setting you should go! It’s absolutely stunning. The views are amazing, it’s fresh and breezy and plenty of umbrellas for shade. I love the Salmon Croissant, you can tell the quality of the ingredients, the croissant is by far the best one I’ve ever had in Mazatlan. It’s a great spot to enjoy a coffee or smoothie. I took my 2 year old son and it was very comfortable for him. He enjoyed looking at all the plants and birds. He also really enjoyed his muffin and fresh orange juice."

"After having dinner nearby, we decided to stop in for a drink or two to watch the St. Louis Cardinals. The drinks were reasonable and the service was good. I ordered a Cadillac Margarita and it was extremely sour. I asked the bar tender if...he could sweeten it up a little and it was no problem. Of course my husband's Pacifico's were great. This was a fun evening and I am sure that we will return and maybe even have a bite to eat."

"We enjoy Kelly's Bar and the atmosphere it provides, which is unique and heavy on dark wood. It has a big-game hunting theme, which these days can offend some people but it's done very well. The service is typically extraordinary, although we have had some evenings where it has been so-so. This is disappointing since we know how good it normally is. We've been coming here for over 10 years and the food has remained consistently great and the bartenders do a nice job making martinis from the extensive menu. There is also beer on tap and all of the high-end liquors one would expect at this type of bar. The bar's patio area is nice but a bit odd as it's part of the main lobby area and resort guests walk through periodically. Tables are pushed to one side or the other as it's more of a walkway out of the back of the lobby. It is definitely a great place for an evening drink or snack and can also at times be a fun and lively place to watch a football game."
