"We have been coming to the Perisse regularly for many years and for the last year or so, under the new management of Bruno Xavière, we always enjoy ourselves. They are perfect hosts. Last night was a beautiful evening and we sat outside and it was lovely to see the restaurant so busy. The menu has its usual local dishes, always well cooked and the menu is always complimented by additional special suggestions, and the one's we chose last night were excellent. I would always recommend the Perisse and look forward to our next visit."

"In view of the positive reviews I think I had a bad evening. The dough was EXCELLENT but that's all I could eat... I ordered an Emiliana, suffice to say it was soup inside, I couldn't even eat it because as soon as I took a part, whether with cutlery or by hand, pouring everything out. I'm not exaggerating when I say soup. Even the next day it only looks like mush. But I repeat the dough was excellent. Being new to Villefranche, I'm thinking of looking elsewhere because paying to only eat crust can be a bit expensive..."

"After eating at 19, sitting at a long table in a warm and friendly atmosphere. We were served by smiling servers and always listening. The restaurant serves meals with local and artisanal products that sublimates meals made home by a cheff at the top!
