Domino's Pizza - McComb

First, the pizza was amazing!! I love dominoes! When we walk in, the staff were throwing ranch packets around (which I?m ok with as long as you?re nice) Now me and my fiancé were eating and talking while parked in the parking lot. It was late and theparking lot was basically empty. Some of the staff were just joking around and smoking outside when one of them comes andknocks on my truck. I open the door and ask what?s up. He tells me we?ve been there too long and we needed to leave. I have noidea why we were bothering them. There were plenty of open spots and it wasn?t busy at all. TL;DR Staff is rude andunprofessional.

This place is trashy. People coming in and out half dressed from the kitchen door. Smoking and people that don?t even work there walking around in kitchen in their pj?s while they are cooking food.

I absolutely adore Domino's. It's my daughter's top choice for pizza, and she considers herself a pizza connoisseur! Joni manages an outstanding restaurant with welcoming, skilled employees, and consistently serves up mouthwatering, piping hot pizzas.

The pizza is delicious and the wings are fantastic. The staff is friendly. The only issue is that they don't offer delivery to our area. Unfortunately, we won't be able to do much business with them now.

Do not go to this restaurant. In 2016, I had said that it was much better than other chain options in McComb and had given it four stars. However, as of October 2022, it has gone way downhill. There are many issues with the premises, such as people who do not work there coming in and out of the employee door, employees' friends hanging out in the parking lot with loud music, and teenage children of employees performing duties in the kitchen. The drive-thru does not feel safe, and food safety does not seem to be a priority, as the food prep area door is always open while the front doors are often locked. The last time I did carside delivery, the employee who brought my pizza out, who did not know me, said he was going to stand by my car and smoke a cigarette because he had not had one in a while. Orders are often wrong or missing items that were paid for, and sometimes orders are completely forgotten, resulting in a 30-minute wait in the parking lot while they start it. The atmosphere in the parking lot has also deteriorated in the past three years. It is disappointing because this used to be my favorite local pizza chain. I hope they can improve, but I will be checking for new positive reviews before giving them another chance.
