A popular local bar especially on weekends. They make strong but good cocktails and other mixed drinks, have a decent beer menu. Rude bartender, we had our book for a buy 1 draft, get one for a penny. She seemed unfamiliar with the book, but found the stamp and stamped them, when we were ready to leave we asked her what we owed her, she sarcastically said you mean for your penny beer?
