"Carnegie's is amazing! It is in the basement of an old Carnegie funded library. It has a wonderful historic atmosphere, and the food is outstanding. I had a special with pan seared striped bass with potatoes and vegetables and it was just out of this world! The service is outstanding and the chef even came to check on us. I highly recommend Carnegie's!"
