What Alicia F likes about Carrie-bo's Soul Fusion Bistro:
Every time I come here the service is fantastic and the food is even better! This weekend I had the veggie plate with Mac and cheese, greens, yams and black eyed peas. The yams and Mac and cheese were my faves. My husband had the blackened salmon and grits. The grits are not your average grits, but sooo much better! The food was ok not bad I was skeptical because of a couple of the reviews the older lady at the counter let me try the Mac and cheese it was good. The salmon was tasty then second half was kind of fishy the place was pretty empty when I arrived but the staff was friendly…I would possibly try it again to see if other menu items may be better … View all feedback.
