Starbucks from McDonough Menu

What Jackie Sacan doesn't like about Starbucks:
This is my 2nd time ordering through the drive thru they get my order wrong AGAIN. Every time I ask for a matcha, for some odd reason they give me an iced chai like wth? And then when you tell them the order is wrong, they look at you like you’re the one who made the order wrong. Literally not coming to this location again. ? I’d rather go to Dunkin at this point I don’t even go there like that! Smh. read more.

The large range of coffee and tea specialties makes a visit to Starbucks even more worthwhile.

"Customer service was ok. The fries were Terrible full of oil and they were brown. I'm not sure if the cooking oil needing changing or they were overcooked. I walked up to the counter and asked for another fry a female manager stated that theyswitched cooking oil which made them brown. My response was: What about the fries being full of oil and I had to use a napkin topress the oil out. Her response was ohhhhhh."
