Had a issue with an order and the shift manager was terrific great customer service wish I caught his name but was on the 7th August 23 in the evening...But 3 days later spoke to owner as refund that I was told I was getting hadn't gone through spoke to owner and whilst I understand his position should of honored what shift manager promised. Do not look at the bad reviews, as most of them are a few years ago. dominos mcdowall big has improved enormously! it seems like eating better off this load. eating is good and even more comfortable with the app. well done!
This is our go to Domino's. The staff are very friendly and the quality is consistent. They are generous with their toppings too. On the rare occasion where they may have gotten one of our orders wrong (we have to do some swapping of sauces due to egg allergy in the family), they go over and beyond to rectify the situation. Thank you so much guys for your excellent customer service.

If I could give a higher rating I would! The staff are always so lovely and the food is always delicious.
I went here last night around 9 pm and there was a girl working who I’ve also seen previously and every time she’s lovely and has my food out fast and fresh
