What chloe wickert likes about Papa Johns Pizza:
Would've been 5 stars but they changed up their papadias. The last 2 times I ordered it's like they cut a thin crust pizza and folded it. It was never like that before. When the duritos promotion was going on the thickness of the papadias was pan sized but since it's ended all I get is super think crust thinness. It's delicious but a little disappointing View all feedback.
What jon dough doesn't like about Papa Johns Pizza:
Sent the wrong order. Promised 2 free pizzas to satisfy order. Tried calling 700 times. Put thru every time to a number that only continually rings. GET THIS FIXED OR ITS BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU TO LODGE A COMPLAINT View all feedback.
Never had a bad pizza. Order is always correct and ready when they say.
They can't answer simple questions and when I asked for the manager he just said hello and stayed silent till I hung up.
