The food was amazing, very authentic Italian. My server was great, i cant remember her name but she was incredibly nice and got my family our food in a timely fashion. However i felt really bad for her, she was sweating so bad I thought she was going to sweat through her shirt. So, whether I look at your menu online or come to your restaurant in person and look at it, it's not accurate. Just experienced that. Had my heart set on an Italian beef sandwich with au jus and fries to go and it doesn't exist anymore. So what? I know what Italian beef is all about and a roast beef sandwich is not going to be a suitable substitute, but that was what I was offered. Get it together on your menu online... View all feedback.
Great reuben sandwich. Average pizza. You need to offer a thin crust option. French frits and coffee were excellent. Service was great. In the past there had enormous spaghetti and fresh salad. Good reputation for very good Italian food and fine service. You have to repair the parking lot.
Food is always great! Last night, I ordered myself. I had never ordered pork palms before yesterday evening and asked the young man on the phone if he would recommend it. He said it's really good, so I ordered it. He was right. It's my new favorite! He was such a happy person to talk to you too! He put a smile on my face by just ordering food. Tillie's, your staff is amazing!
Tillie is a long-standing favourite for delicious Italian cuisine as well as pizza and sandwiches. We had the Chicken Milanese who was very tasty. The Make Your Own Trio was also very good. Tillies Sauce has a great taste, the homemade Balsamico vinegar dressing is also excellent. Very good. Almost five stars... Try it, you will like it; I promise!
We had a great time at this place! Really good food and wonderful friendly service. The place is very clean and has a good Italian menu...and the sauce! My cousins and uncle really enjoyed. I am from out of town and would recommend this restaurant...a fine little jewel in McKeesport!
My compliments to Chef Mike aka the microwave... 70 dollars for 2 people and reheated food
