Six Rivers Brewery - McKinleyville

We were at the end of a 1100 mile trip and thought let’s stop to eat before we get back to Eureka and ordered a basic cheese pizza with pepperoni. After waiting a long time for it and eating several pieces, we realized it was tasteless because it had no marinara sauce we could see on it.After mentioning and asking nice server about it she had manager/owner come talk to us. Never have I had such a nasty conversation from a restaurant owner who blamed us for not coming up to the bar to tell them about it. What happened to the customer service? Now you order food at bar and bus your own table. I used to love going to 6 Rivers and have bragged across the country at other breweries about the macadamia nut porter! Never again. Shame on 6 Rivers Brewery! Didn’t ask for that nastiness to end a long day!!!!

They initially got one of my orders wrong but had the replacement in about 5 minutes. Great customer service and amazing food. I'll keep eating there! I've eaten there many times and this time was the exception, but through this mistake I've seen how great their staff is. 100% recommend.

Horrible staff. Especially Mimi. She was so rude. She was treating my husband like she was his angry mother trying to get him to try his food. We actually couldn't believe how she was talking to him. He ordered the rocky's chicken sandwich. The sandwich looked so dry and the lettuce was wilted and the chicken looked like it was nothing but a thick layer of the breading. When I went to pay she was talking trash to me the whole time and was acting like she personally made the sandwich and had her feelings hurt that we didn't want the sandwich. She then left to the back area where another employee stuck her head out to look at me. So obvious you are talking about me. You need to change your attitude and be polite to the people who come eat there to support the brewery. If the owner replies to this, we weren't the ones being rude or anything like that, it was your employee. Cheers to your business and take care.

Great beer selection, good quality food, dog friendly outdoor seating, nice **** Maries, pool table and some arcade machines. They support local vendors and host COVID vaccination pop up clinics. They are currently closed on Sundays which is a bummer. You are supposed to bus your own table. Big tv screens showing sports indoors. Full bar. Female owned.

Love this place! gorgeous terrace for the whole year over eating in free and sunsets. the pub bretzel and the goat sandwich are our favorites. the perfect place for drinks and eating with view and look at their small gift shop from local products!
