Absolute love comes here. So glad it opened again. Parking is the biggest fight, but food makes it worth it. Food is so good that we even order catering to our dealer. Enjoy the juicy tender bride, not enough of a variety for me with the sides, but everyone is their own. I asked for lean and was very specific when requesting lean brisket only, but I guess the server did not want to go to the tray. (UPDATE a few days later: We have enjoyed two leftover meals since we stopped by earlier this month. Be sure to ask for marbled cut of brisket as it does much better with a bit of fat when reheated. Well they sell outstanding BBQ even for parties that haven't been there forever (last here 2018 . We made a trip to McKinney just for the BBQ from Plano weekday night. And lots of other customers had the same idea. Line wasn't too long to get served and plenty of tables available when we arrived. Portions are very generous for the price so we got a great meal again and plenty of leftovers. New for us is after serving the meat the cutter weighs the meat and puts a bar code sticker on tray for check out. See photo. BTW: banana pudding and apple cobbler were very yummy. First time ever eating brisket so I can say I enjoyed it. Hutchinson has a great atmosphere and plenty of space. It was starting to get busy as I was leaving and I can understand why. The employees were very helpful and understanding of it being my first time. Ribs tender meat just fell off the bone.
