"I think they're only open for lunch. eating is wonderful. the personal is great. I took my dad and we just got our sandwiches. he had ham and bee on marmor rye and I had her chicken salad on marmor rye. Go on!"

"Food was well seasoned. Preparation and service was outstanding. Although costly for just dinning out, this is an excellent choice for special occasions. We celebrated my husband's birthday. He was greeted with "Happy Birthday" and made to feel special throughout the evening. The surprise birthday dessert was beautifully presented. We are looking forward to going back maybe for just cocktails and appetizers. Will definitely go back to celebrate a special occasion."

"Bought the 16” Chicago Deep Dish and 10 boneless wings. The wings were able to be split between two flavors and they were both excellent. These bones wings are large and meaty. The Chicago Deep Dish was massive. We had only two people to eat and I figured that a 12” was too small, but was I ever wrong. Two people will have leftover with a 12” but with our 16” we have leftovers for days!!! Wonderful flavor, big and thick slices! Really nice presentation. Delivery driver Jeff L. was fast, friendly and entertaining! Thanks all!"

"The coffee here is really good as well as hot. Many times we 've gotten cold coffee at other restaurants not here though. When ordering one of their skillets the waiter asked how I wanted the eggs cooked and I replied 'over easy '. But then was corrected to say 'cook one side ' ?. Okay. So I got my skillet with the eggs cooked over hard. And I can not stand eggs hard cooked eggs. But in order to save time I only ate the middle. The rest of the skillet was good.?"

"I was in Allen TX for work looking for dinner, drink and something fun to do. Well I found something fun to do and a good drink. These guys have a pretty decent barcade with a bunch of retro games, pinball and a large selection of consoles. Everything I tried worked and freeplay was nice after the cover charge. I do have two dings against the place. First, if you noticed I didn't mention I found dinner. They couldn't cook a personal pizzas without burning the crust. (Probably frozen Second issue the Stern pinball machines are nice and all but they all kind of play the same. Also, music based pinballs had volume too low. I'd encourage either getting some older retro pins or at least a couple of other brands. Overall it was good fun, so I'll give them a pass and ding them only one instead of two. Eat beforehand. (Edit: After reading others reviews I don't understand how they can't get a frozen pizza right. It seams it wasn't an isolated incident."

"Update: Terrible experience. You can have the best food in the world and if the customer service and attention to detail isn’t there, you’ve got a problem. I initially reached out more so for feedback and ended up honestly believing they should comp my whole meal. Warning to all this place does not care about you or your experience. They will not listen to you. They will gaslight you and avoid conversations such as highly overpriced food. We spent quite a bit of money for an anniversary dinner where we were sat (for a reservation we made weeks in advance) at a noisy, tiny, uncomfortable bar table. The only person to acknowledge our anniversary was the host. We paid MP for a POUND of crab where I got MAYBE 3 ounces of meat out of 1 actual claw. And their resolution to all of this was to give us a $25 refund. I don’t think I’ve ever been treated with such disregard and disrespect and I’ve eaten at Applebee’s. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here.My husband and I love to try new places for our anniversary and I’d been wanting to try Urban Grill for awhile. In our reservation we specified it was our anniversary. We got there and our reservation table was a tiny bar top that seats two near the bar. I really despise small tables to eat but especially on my anniversary. Either way, we decided to look past it and have a good time. The host wished us a happy anniversary and that was the last we heard of it. Our server Debra was very sweet and helpful. The food was great. My husband ordered the lamb and the little piggy drink and he said it was all great. I ordered the surf and turf with the filet and Alaskan king crab. When I received my dinner, the crab was one long claw and I got maybe about 2 3 ounces of meat out of it. Delicious but not a lot of meat. The filet was great and perfectly cooked and the mashed potatoes were awesome. We had apple fritters and creme brûlée and both were also delicious. When we got the bill my surf and turf ended up being $105. Let me explain: the filet with sides alone was around $39 on the menu. This means that we paid over $60 for 3 ounces of king crab. I’ve been to Rick’s chophouse and spent the same on WAY more crab. MP for 6x the amount I received is $69.99. So basically you are not paying MP you’re paying MP +a hefty markup. Look, great food and all but incredibly overpriced and I was unimpressed with our reservation table especially it being our anniversary. We couldn’t even hear each other the bar was so loud. Unfortunately because of these reasons we won’t be back."
