Using a Groupon voucher we bought 2 takeaway lunches with coffee to eat in the nearby park. We had our little dog with us so this was the only option. The spinach quiche with salad was delicious, and my partner's meat and salad baguette equally so. The coffee is excellent and the staff very helpful. i recommend trying. read more.

Less than half the tables were occupied, and we ordered our coffees and muffins, and then waited, and waited. The muffins eventually arrived. But we gave up on the coffees. "An exceptional fine dining experience from beginning to end. Hats off to the chefs for taste, quality ingredients and specifically the presentation. We also opted for the wine pairing with our degustation. The wine pairings went well with our meals, however we would’ve loved to learn more about the history and tasting notes. Unfortunately due to restrictions being implemented the night before our visit and not to cancel guests bookings, all seatings were reduced to 2 hours with a reduced menu. As a result, we were more tipsy than full by the end of the meal but understandably, Maxwell did what they could given the circumstances. We definitely are keen to go back for the full experience."
