We had a delicious light lunch at WayWood Wines. Andrew and Lisa made us very welcome at the cellar door. The tasting plates that Lisa presented were delicious, fresh and made with all local ingredients. . The cellar door is in a peaceful location with beautiful views over the vines and gardens.It was our first time at the cellar door and we would certainly be going back. Out today scouting for tasting and eating places. First impressions of WayWood wines were positive. Looked nice and quaint but small. There was a reasonable size crowd who seemed to be having a pleasant experience. The tasting area was very small and the arrangements were to sit at at a table somewhere. Not that appealing.
