I've tried all of them and they're all so good. my personal favorite is boka with its creamy, tangy taste. plant parm is fantastic on pizza, pasta and salat, mauxarella literally goes into any dish I have with taste and texture. we love all age groups: cam, swizz, goat, boka or true blue and fresh: Greek, parm, mauxarella and yes! they also have curds.
