I love the gas prices. That is the main reason I stop on long drives. I don't stop for food or snacks, as I generally have my own. They do have a wide selection of snacks and drinks. There is also a Cinnabon kiosk. Occasionally I get coffee. They havemany choices including decaf. This pilot was a bit grubbier tham most. View all feedback.

It's tight parking lot No hot dogs or food fresh. Beer selection sucks ! You have to wait until the driver besides you leave so that you can! Never be back here! Not for student drivers!
We stopped to get fuel at this Pilot on September 11, 2022 around 3 pm (this information is for the store management to figure out, whose shift it was). Total for fuel was $85 we got the receipt. However, pending on our account was $151. I called thePilot store. The associate who answered the phone said that it was our bank which charged $150 as pending, instead of rightamount, and in 48 hours the issue would be cleared and we would be charged the right amount. It has never happened to us before,even though we drive a lot throughout the US and get fuel at the different gas stations. I asked the associate her name, just incase we see the wrong amount in the next 48 hours, so we have a trace of the conversation but she hang up. I called back, otherlady picked up, she said her name was Whitney. I asked to speak to the manager regarding previous associate, who intentionallyhang up in the middle of the conversation. She said that she and the associate who hang up were both the managers ????. Thisother associate kept interrupting me, she would not let me finish a sentence, and hang up on me few times. I think they treatedme that way because I speak with an accent. I was persistent as I do not tolerate this kind of customer service in the countryof immigrants. I had to call the store back few times, so that Whitney would finally listen to me, instead of hanging up, toexplain her that they need to treat customers with respect, even the ones who speak with an accent. I hope those managers withno work ethics, no manners would be properly trained, so they would be able communicate, but not bark at the customers. Verypoor, disrespectful, racist customer service at this location. We stop at Pilots, Loves, Sheets and other gas stations a lot toget the fuel, and this is first time we have this issue with the wrong pending charge, cashiers managers .

I?m only giving it a 1 because of the truck parking! The spaces are super super small and our truck was damaged here. So as far as the facility customer service and cleanliness it?s a 5 star. Just know you have to pay close attention when you?re parkingor leaving. My suggestion is to not park here get your fuel and leave?. You?ve been warned!!
