Idea is stellar all around great drinks, relaxing vibes, etc. What has stood out lately as review worthy, though, is the exceptional customer service on my last few visits. Liam went out of his way today to make sure I got the best possible cup of coffee by brewing a new pot/pouring me a new cup, after he noticed (without me saying anything) that the cup he poured at first wasn’t super hot/fresh. My chai pumpkin latte although good was room temperature. The classic burritos were mushy and flavorless and the coffee cake muffin was like biting into a Walmart sheet cake. I don’t understand how this place has a higher rating. read more.
