Revisited Red Lobster last night. Used open table to get preferred seating but there really was no line at 7:45. We we immediately ushers to a booth. Food was excellent, hot and tasty as usual. What User doesn't like about Red Lobster Mechanicsburg:
the service was very slow. 1 hour and 15 minutes to get our food after starters. very disappointed by the quality of food. my lobster was obviously under the heat lamp and I took the largest part of my steak home for my dogs. my man said that eating on the admiral feast tasted as if everything were fried in the same fat. we were looking forward to a good eating with seafood, but that was obviously not the place. Very good value for dinner. Well known specials tasted great.
We were seated immediately however it was in a section with no server, the manager realized right away, offered us a free appetizer and assigned a server to our table within minutes. The service was exceptional
Disappointed w food quality. Scallops tasted like bleach-sent back. Service was good. Won’t be back
