My friend and I stayed at a hotel across from this mall, so we visited often during our trip to get food and snacks and we came to El Portral at least three times and bought maybe 6-8 different desserts in a span of 4 days . Everything we had was delicious. The manager was extremely sweet and helpful with the decision making process. My favorite was the Tres Leche.....perfect!!! My friend loved her red velvet. Came here for breakfast with friends. All around bad experience, over cooked eggs, soggy bread, and plates drowned in sauce. After our breakfast we ordered pastries which included the most stale croissant I have ever eaten. Their almond and white chocolate croissant is even advertised...on their branding. The only redeeming factors here was the coffee. View all feedback.
